Google rilascia una nuova versione stabile del suo browser Chrome per sistemi Windows, Mac OS X, Linux e Chrome Frame. Tra le migliorie, anche alcuni fix di sicurezza.
La notizia è stata comunicata sul Chrome Stable Channel, e viene riportato che la major release 7.0 di Chrome è stata aggiornata alla versione stabile 7.0.517.44, contemporaneamente per Windows (XP, Vista e 7), Mac OS X (10.5 o superiore), Linux e Chrome Frame. La nuova build, oltre ai fix di seguito riportati, implementa anche una versione aggiornata di Flash.
